This is a proposed solution to enable customers to conduct plant pathology related tests through an online portal. Since this solution would be accessed by customers outside the GKVK, we are planning develop the solution as a web portal, accessible through web browsers from any client platform (Windows/Android/Mac). The application can be hosted in public cloud or GKVK in-house server as per the convenience.
The solution would also act as a centralized portal to publish the information and all services offered by the department and facilities available at the institution. Below is the detailed scope of proposed solution and its functionalities.

The solution mainly has two modules.
- Admin Module
- Customer Module
Admin module is restricted to the back-office users with valid user id & password. This module used by the department people to manage below activity.

Customer Module is publicly available web portal, that can be accessed by customers. Below are the features to be provided in customer module
